    Rekha Menon-Varma is the CEO of AltaScient, a firm specializing in risk and sustainability analytics and artificial intelligence (AI/ML/LLM) integration for manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor and critical minerals value chains. She is a senior leader with 20+ years’ experience at US and EU corporations and is highly effective in executing CEO and Board agendas.
    More recently, at Vertaeon (integrated to AltaScient) Rekha led the start-up from ideation to product to commercialization and positioned it for the SaaS-based enterprise analytics growth curve. Prior to this at NV Bekaert SA, a major supplier to automotive and tire industries, Rekha led global growth strategy assessments, launch of an enterprise risk management program (ERM), and development of sustainability strategy, reporting to the CEO, C-Suite and the Board. Prior to this, Rekha worked at Lyondell Chemical in marketing, e-business and operational roles of increasing responsibility.
    Rekha holds Masters in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. She is the Chair of the Board of Directors of SPLC (Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council) and Co-President of The Wharton Club of Atlanta.
