    Melinda Gomez is the SEMI Foundation’s Manager of Veteran Initiatives. She recently joined this dynamic team to help elevate SEMI as a leader in the military advocacy space through the VetWorks Initiative. In this role, she is expanding opportunities for members of the military community across the semiconductor and microelectronics industry. Melinda has been working to connect this population with meaningful employment opportunities for over 10 years. Melinda also manages many other projects at the SEMI Foundation including the Industry Career Exploration Site to help everyone find their place in this exciting industry. She has a Master of Public Administration and is a Certified Career Coach. She lives in San Diego with her family and enjoys all the beautiful outdoor activities of the area in her spare time.
