Greg joined Entegris in 2021 to collaborate on developing and implementing strategies to attract, train, and retain the workforce for the Advanced Materials Handling division of Entegris, now part of Advanced Purity Solutions division In this capacity, he managed multiple direct staff across four locations and was responsible for establishing consistent employee relations and engagement activities, identifying improvement opportunities in training the workforce, and providing guidance and support for organizational structures.
In January 2025, he moved into a role focused on workforce development activities for the company’s new Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Colorado Springs, CO. This includes leading a variety of programs to engage with area high schools, colleges and universities, community resources, and the military community and expand this across additional locations.
Before joining Entegris, Greg spent 16 years at Smith & Nephew as a director of human resources, managing direct reports across the globe. Most recently, he was a regional vice president with Serta Simmons Bedding, implementing consistency in practices and policies in 12 U.S. based locations. He
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Kettering University in Flint, MI, and an MBA from Rivier University in Nashua, NH.
