Neha Dhingra is Vice President of Microelectronics Strategy at ABM Industries, where she leads efforts to modernize and scale facilities solutions across the semiconductor manufacturing lifecycle—from construction and cleanroom operations to long-term fab support. Her team plays a critical role in enabling the infrastructure behind the world’s most advanced technologies.
Neha holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School. She combines deep technical expertise with global business insight, bringing a strategic, systems-oriented approach to complex industrial environments. Her ability to align engineering and operations has made her a trusted partner across the semiconductor ecosystem.
Neha’s career has spanned both legacy and greenfield semiconductor fabs, as well as high-growth sectors like battery manufacturing and electric vehicles. She has worked closely with global OEMs, construction leaders, and fab operations teams to design and implement scalable facilities strategies—from tool install to sustaining operations. Her cross-industry experience gives her a unique vantage point on the evolving infrastructure demands of next-generation manufacturing.
