Bharat Kapoor is the founder of Kearney PERLabs - Kearney’s approach to help companies improve EBIT driven by design choices and grounded in economics, engineering and technology. He advises executives on how to create and sustain products that are good for the company, consumer and planet, using a product led approach to improving margins, TTM, costs and consumer loyalty. At PERL, they focus on e2e life of the product journey from What Customers Cares, Design and all the way through Usage and End of Life. The rich ecosystem of design pioneers help them push the boundaries of design and technology to create competitive advantage for their clients.
His background includes developing one of the earliest SaaS models, designing Beowulf clusters, was part of the Motorola smartphone team - put Linux on Xscale, which became the modern day smartphone. He also represented Motorola on the Gnome and CELF Advisory boards. Bharat was trained as an electrical engineer at NITK, Surathkal, India, holds MS in computer engineering from UCF, and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
