    Basak Ulutas Ozturkler is a Program Manager at SEMI, where she leads initiatives in semiconductor materials and testing across the global semiconductor industry. With over six years of experience in program management and technology strategy, she has successfully driven cross-functional projects in collaboration with industry leaders and research institutions.
    Prior to her current role, she managed projects at the intersection of cybersecurity, advanced materials, and semiconductor technologies as a Technical Project Manager at SEMI. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Project Engineer at ASELSAN, where she oversaw global supply chain operations, technology roadmaps, and cross-functional R&D projects. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and an M.S. in Science and Technology Policy Studies from Middle East Technical University.
