    Viswanath Anakkara Vadakkath, Senior Manager, Deloitte Consulting - Viswa leads Deloitte’s Semiconductor Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice. He drives Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategy and technology implementation projects for Fabless companies, Foundries, IDMs and Semi Equipment manufacturers. He has been helping clients with ERP, PLM and MES implementations with a focus on business value. Before starting his consulting career, he held leadership positions in Plant Engineering, Production, Supply Chain Planning and Quality Assurance within the Manufacturing Sector. Shaping Supply Chains of the future is something he is passionate about; he led the definition of Smart Operations standards through the Digital Capabilities Model (DCM) developed with the Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM).
