After retiring from the Marine Corps, Tim joined ThermoFisher Scientific as a distribution center manager. He later transitioned to Hiring Our Heroes, serving as the Program Manager for Atlanta and the Southeast, then as Eastern Regional Manager, and now as Deputy Director for the Western Region of the Corporate Fellowship Program, supporting transitioning service members nationwide.
