Vince Jesaitis is a government affairs professional with more than two decades of experience shaping policy across semiconductors, technology, trade, artificial intelligence, spectrum, broadband, IoT, privacy, cybersecurity, energy, and environmental issues, as well as other matters affecting the semiconductor and high-tech sectors.
Vince joined Arm in 2017 and leads global government affairs and advocacy on issues ranging from trade and market access to IoT security, cybersecurity, and intellectual property. Prior to Arm, he was Vice President of Government Affairs at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). Throughout his career, Vince has contributed to numerous laws signed by the President, including the CHIPS Act, spectrum auction provisions in the Middle Class Tax Relief Act of 2012, the Responsible Helium Administration and Stewardship Act of 2013, and the Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2015, among others. He has also played a central role in coalition building across sectors to drive legislative and regulatory outcomes.
Vince began his political career in Congress, interning for U.S. Representative Dennis Moore (Kan.), then joining the office of U.S. Representative Gene Green (Tex.) in 2003. Over nearly eight years with Rep. Green, he rose to Legislative Director, managing the Congressman’s Washington office and legislative portfolio. He specialized in telecommunications, technology, broadband, wireless, privacy, and cybersecurity policy. Vince also advised Rep. Green during his work on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, including on the Affordable Care Act, the American Clean Energy and Security Act, and portions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Additionally, he served as lead committee staff to the Chairman of the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct.
Born and raised in Missouri, Vince earned a B.A. in Political Science from William Jewell College in 2001. He lives in suburban Washington, D.C., with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he coaches his children’s sports teams, serves actively in his church and community, and enjoys road races, mountain biking, and marathons.
