As CEO of Infrared Laboratories (IRLabs), a global leader in cryogenic and infrared detection systems, he has helped expand the company’s impact across astronomy, defense, semiconductor, and advanced research markets. Under his leadership, IRLabs has strengthened its legacy of pioneering solutions — including the world’s first Infrared Emission Microscope for semiconductor failure analysis — and continues to shape industries where precision and innovation are critical.
Beyond IRLabs, Manny is the founder of Profectory and host of The Voice of Growth Podcast, where he equips entrepreneurs and executives to master both the market and the mind.
