Ming Li joined Novellus / Lam Research in 2000 and is currently Vice President focusing on process, product, and technology development in advanced packaging. He was in charge of technical engagement and collaboration on Lam deposition products for all Chinese customers. In the past 23 years at Novellus / Lam, he took different roles of process engineer, process manager, engineering director, and other various executive management positions. He has been awarded more than 30 U.S. patents and published more than 30 book chapters and papers in international journals and conferences.
