Olivier joined Entegris in 2021; he is responsible for the company's strategic planning, for its merger and acquisition activities, and for the commercialization of new businesses. He also oversees Entegris'
advanced Innovation & Technology function; including Entegris Ventures, its digital innovation strategy and the company's partnerships with leading semiconductor industry stakeholders.
Between 2007 and 2021, Olivier held various senior leadership positions at Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for the industrial and healthcare sectors. From 2018 until 2021, he was based in Taiwan serving as president of Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) and vice president of electronics where he led the growth of the company’s electronics business in Greater China. Prior to joining Entegris, he was also serving as Air Liquide APAC vice president for the hydrogen and energy transition business, and was supervising the implementation
of plant construction projects across Asia.
Prior to his time at Air Liquide, Olivier worked for Edwards, Ltd., a global vacuum and abatement process equipment leader and subsidiary of BOC Group where he led acquisitions and joint ventures between 1997 and 2007; he also managed Edwards European customer facing division.
Olivier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering as well as a Master of Science in fluid mechanics from Grenoble Poly-technique National Institute in France. He also has received executive education certificates in strategy and organization from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and in connected innovation from London Business School.
