Steve March’s earliest experience with power distribution and automation was working in the large consulting engineering firm environment, followed by 15 years working for electrical / instrumentation & control (E/I&C) engineering and system integration firms. Within a year of joining the Industrial Automation division of Schneider Electric in 2014, Steve successfully campaigned for the creation of a role to develop and execute a partner ecosystem strategy to facilitate collaborative pursuits of capital projects across multiple industries. In this role, Steve worke with many of the best engineering and SI firms in the world to win and successully deliver large scale automation projects in numerous industries. Following ten very successful years as Industrial Automation Ecosystem Leader, Steve transitioned to his current role leading Schneider Electric’s Global Industrial Automation strategy for the Semiconductor Industry. An expert in group dynamics and a proven leader in the application of transformative technologies in the IIoT / Industry 4.0 space, Steve helps companies understand the importance of influencing change at all levels in matrixed environments in order to realize the full value of digital transformation at scale.
