    Yesh Kolla is an accomplished VLSI design engineer and technology leader with over two decades of experience driving innovation in high-performance processors, custom circuits, and IP development. He currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering for the Circuit & IP Technology Group at Ampere Computing, where he leads teams responsible for custom circuit design, memory arrays, standard cell libraries, high-speed IOs, clocking networks, and power management.
    Prior to Ampere, Yesh spent many years at Qualcomm, where he held senior engineering roles leading CPU circuit development for both mobile (Snapdragon) and server-class processors. At Qualcomm, Yesh was deeply involved in the full spectrum from circuit micro-architecture and verification through to post-silicon characterization.

    Yesh received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and a B.E. in Electronics from Bangalore University. He is the inventor on 35 patents in areas including power-management circuits, clocking/timing architectures, memory arrays and test/validation methodologies.
