Rich Lathrop is Vice President of Business Development at Advantest. Over more than two decades in the semiconductor industry, he has worked across applications engineering, technical sales, and business development, with a passion for bridging customer needs and evolving technology roadmaps. In recent years, he has focused on partner collaborations and building cross-discipline solutions to meet the challenges of today’s Era of Complexity. He has also contributed to industry advancement through long-standing leadership in the VOICE user conference and through active participation in standards bodies and alliances that shape the future of test technology. Rich holds a B.S. in Applied Physics from Yale University and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
