This presentation introduces a digital framework for the robust design of Co-Packaged Optics (CPO). The digital twin framework includes both forward and inverse design approaches along with inclusion of process variations and uncertainty quantification. The objective is to create a framework which allows for design space exploration leading to design options. Both component level and system level analysis are included.
