Sutirtha Kabir has over 20 years of product engineering experience, driving, building, and inspiring teams across companies in the EDA industry. Kabir is an Executive Director of R&D for Synopsys 3DIC Compiler, supporting construction and analysis of multi-die systems including stacked ICs plus Interposer configurations. Prior to joining Synopsys, Kabir was a Group Director of Engineering at Cadence. Kabir has a MS in Electrical Engineering.
